Strength Running designs custom online coaching programs for runners. We specialize in healing the injured runner and preventing injury in those prone to getting hurt. If you have a nagging injury or you get hurt frequently, sign up today.

Coach Jason Fitzgerald has been running competitively for over a decade. Following a collegiate career racing the steeplechase, 5k, and 8k cross country, he competed in sprint triathlons, 10k cross country, 10 miles, and the marathon.
