Mission

Our mission is to provide runners with a comprehensive recovery or prevention plan aimed at both their strengths and weaknesses.  We use all available techniques to rehabilitate injuries, including stretching, drills, focused core and strength exercises, self-massage, plyometrics, new training techniques, and recommendations for more advanced treatment.  These tactics are incorporated into an overall running plan to make our runners healthier, faster, and more resistant to injury.
