Who is the best person for this program?
Strength Running’s online running programs are best for the motivated athlete who wants to improve. Injuries can be avoided in most cases; if you consistently have to modify your training due to nagging injuries, Strength Running is for you. The online running programs we offer are customized for beginners and advanced athletes. If you race frequently or never, run 10 or 100 miles per week, we can tailor a program specifically to your needs.
What can I expect in a training program if I’m already injured?
You have the option of choosing between two programs. The first includes a complete injury treatment program that will include preventative exercises for when you’re healthy and suggestions for how to train correctly when you are able to run again. If you’re healthy, our second option is a 1-month training program including mileage, workouts, preventative exercises, and tips on how to train to keep yourself injury-free.
Do you limit communication with your athletes?
Definitely not! Communication is vital to your progression and training and if you have a question, you need to be able to ask it. Email support is unlimited and if you prefer the phone, simply email us to schedule a call. Your success depends on consistent feedback and weekly reports on your progress are encouraged.
Do you coach marathoners?
Absolutely. We can help you run your first marathon, get that new PR, or qualify for Boston. Whatever your marathon goals are, Strength Running’s online running programs will benefit you.
After a month, can I continue online coaching at a discounted rate?
Yes you can. Your second, third, etc. months will have more advanced exercises and training that will help in your progression. You will receive a customized payment plan depending upon your needs.
Can I see a sample training plan or injury treatment program?
We will send you a one-week training plan upon request. Note – this is a sample and will not be customized to your needs, but is taken from a previous athlete.
