I’m Jason – but my friends call me Fitz. Read my story to read more about my quest to never get injured again and run faster than ever. It’s been a year and a half since I last got injured, so I’m pumped!
Strength Running is a growing community of runners who want to prevent injury and take their training to new heights. Running isn’t always easy, but Strength Runners know that it doesn’t always have to be so hard. Injury prevention is a huge part of being a Strength Runner; with a focus on the “little things” injuries are a thing of the past.
Consistent improvement is possible and I’m going to show you how to always reach new personal records. Whether it’s a 5k or a marathon, Strength Running will help you get to the starting line injury-free and ready to run your best.
